A low alloy steel wire containing 2.25 Cr-1 Mo, depositing weldmetal which possesses excellent strength, toughness, fatigue life, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at elevated temperature (up to 600°C).
For welding Cr-Mo base metals such as ASTM A 384 Gr.22 plates, 335 P22 pipes, A 213 T22 tubes, DIN 10 Cr Mo 9 materials, employed In Boilers, Piping, Pressure Vessels, etc. Also used for welding combination of Cr-Mo steels and carbon steels.
TIG welding wire in cut lengths of 500/1000mm and in diameters 1.6, 2.5, 3.15, and 4.0 mm are available in 5kg Standard Packs
