A low alloy steel wire containing 9Cr-1 Mo, depositing weldmetal which possess good strength, toughness, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance at elevated temperature.
For welding Cr-Mo base metals such as ASTM A 387 Gr. 9 Plates, A 335 P9 pipes, A 213 T9 tubes, employed in Boilers, Piping, pressure vessels, etc. Also used for welding combination of Cr-Mo steels and carbon steels.
TIG welding wire in cut lengths of 500/1000mm and in diameters 1.6, 2.5, 3.15, and 4.0 mm are available in 5kg Standard Packs.
