Characteristics

The combination is characterised by good slag removal, ease of welding on rusty and unclean surface, smooth & bright weld profile and good operator appeal.

Welds are of radiographic quality. Optimum results are achieved when the flux is redried at 250°C for one hour.

Applications

Suitable for single layer / multi layer welding of structural Steel, mild steel, boiler quality steel, employed primarily in fabrication of boilers, farm equipment, structural fabrication work, etc, where steels of the type A -36, A 285, IS 226, IS 2062, are used.
