An all positional, low alloy steel, low hydrogen electrode depositing radiographic quality welds, which are highly resistant to hydrogen, induced cracking.
Other characteristics include stable arc, smooth weld beads easy slag removal and low spatter.
Suitable for welding high tensile steels (80 kgf/mm2) Low alloy steels used in pressure vessel, Penstock, bridges and other equipments.
Dry the electrodes at 250°C - 300°C for 2 hours before use. Employ minimum current and restrict weaving.
